I have what seems to be a rare copy of the game, as I've found no info on it online. Here's a picture of it: https://old.reddit.com/r/StarWarsBattlefront/comments/h78h2o/does_anyone_have_a_box_art_scan_for_this_version/

The seemingly rare thing about it is that it has the game's box art as the disc art as well, which no copies I've seen of the game online have. Does anyone have any info on this disc? Perhaps where it could've come from? What the box art that accompanied it looked like? It would be very helpful to know.

Sorry if I'm doing something wrong in this post, it's my first time here.

So this should actually be in the "General" category. Our request forum is for requesting covers.

Not a big deal.

Anyways, I just checked my copy. I have the 3-disc PC-CD version. The disc you have is the PC-DVD version. I can find other PC-DVD copies online, but they seem to primarily have used a different artwork for the disc. My guess is that your copy is either a later or earlier release of the PC-DVD version. Probably came in a PC-DVD case (looks like a really fat dvd case that can stack multiple discs) or a box.

It's cool to have something less common like this. Not sure if you're collector or not, but PC hasn't quite taken off yet as far as the collectors market (except "big box" versions of games). This disc may not have any value now, but it could in the future.

This is what I was able to find.

Oh, my bad! I'll post questions like these in general in the future.

Yeah, the disc seems to be a very late release; the copyright date on the disc says it's from 2011, and the README on the disc's root says "10/28/2010".

Interesting! It's the same art as the original release's jewel case, but with that extra "PC DVD ROM" text at the top. Thank you!
