So ever since Nintendo released Star Fox 2 on the SNES Classic Edition, and the SNES Virtual Console for Switch, it seems they have made an official box art for the game as well.

I was able to purchase an actual cardboard box for the game, but I would like to get it scanned, doctored up by someone on here, and then turned into a cover on here to print it out to use in a Universal Game Case as I have a reproduction cart of the game.

Can anyone on here help me out?

Well we do have this

And then there is the official online manual:

I guess we can make something up with material from the manual.

Please provide 2 things:
- Good photo of the back of the box (for reference).
- All back text typed here (cos I'm too lazy to type it from the picture ;)).

TEXT:

"Andross survives the destruction of the core brain on Venom and secludes himself for enough time to rebuild his armies, and a new fortress that stands alone in the Lylat System's void. It is up to the now official Starfox Team to vanquish Andross once and for all, and bring peace to the Lylat System once again.

Two new members have been added to the Starfox Team to help fight Andross: Miyu and Fey. With them and two new Arwing variants, it is up to you to liberate the Lylat System."

If you can make the cover exactly like the box that I have that would be awesome. I really appreciate your help.

I am pretty sure, that this is not an "official" cardboard box. It is the first time I hear of something like this and then there are several errors on the backside, that an officiall release would probably not have...

On the top right corner you have the code "SNS-P-ZL", which belongs to the north american version of Zelda: A link to the past. On the bottom right corner you have two more errors. The Nintendo logo is overlapping the text. And the text gives the date "1996", although Star Fox 2 was sheduled for mid-1995 and got officially released in 2017. The barcode (045496830014) belongs to Super Mario World.

But anyway... Various people have made covers for this game over the years. There are also some with the "official" artwork.

I'm not looking for that layout though. I'm looking for cover made exactly like the box I have.

And I'm aware that the box isn't "official", but its the same look as the one used on the SNES Virtual Console, as if it were actually released.

I guess no one noticed you said you have the box. Can you scan it at 600dpi, as flat as possible with descreen turned on?

Is there a tutorial I can follow to do this on a Mac? Honestly I never really messed with the scanner settings.

I don't think a scan is necessary, since it is only a custom box (and not a very good one). :)

LaunchBox has a much better front and back cover, that could be used for a vertical version of the Star Fox 2 cover. You would only have to add a spine:

Oh wow. Yea, those look really good actually. The first (front) and third (back) image from that link look really good. Would just need a spine.

Can anyone make these into a cover?

OK, with those I can make the cover.
Only question left is what kind of spine you want?
I assume one like the one on your box: https://imgur.com/2ZBHIM1 (Plain with just the title and the Nintendo circle).
