I'll take pictures soon but I got:

- Rock Man 5-in-1 collection for Switch (only way of getting Mega Man Legacy Collection 2 on cart).
- Mega Man 11 Japanese Collector's Edition for Switch.
- River City Melee (Limited Run Games) for PlayStation 4

- Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition European Collector's Edition for Switch.
I heard it was impossible to get so just in case I ordered it from two shops that had it on shelf.
First shipped it to me overnight, so got it actually day before release.
Second shipped yesterday, so soon I have two.

Ohhh my. I just looked that up.. I guess that's why I never picked the MM games up yet (except MM11 for $16 from Walmart). But Arseen, why do you need a separate Rockman 11 if that comes in the above box as well?

EDIT: Nevermind, looked that up too. Bunch of other goodies. I'm glad I stopped collecting the "toys" that come with games and most other toys as well. Just too much stuff! I used to collect everything from Mario toilet paper to Pac-man underwear. It just got to be way too much for me, so I sold it all on ebay.

I don't, I just wanted the CE stuff. ;)
I can always sell the second cart... or donate it to one of my niblings... or most likely it gets burried somewhere while I renovate and it gets forgotten. ::)

Now how do we get Capcom to get all of the Resident Evils on cart? To my knowledge, 1, 5, 6 and Revelations 2 are digital only.

It will never happen as long as Nintendo is using those cards for their media.

I'm not saying it was a mistake to use those cards, but there are downsides to that type of media.
Maybe, just once, someone will call me "sir" without adding, "you're making a scene."

How big are those games?   A switch cart can be as big as 32GB.  Are they that big?

It's not that they can't fit.  It's just that it's easier to use the cheaper, smaller cards for one game and make the rest digital.  It's the last step before we go all digital, which we all know is coming anyway.

"normal" mega men 1-6 on NES carts = small, 7 on SNES = still small. I doubt rest are that much either... So maybe gig, 2 max.
Not much more for X series.

I went and looked it up.  All those RE games actually won't fit on a single cart.

I meant the RE games, which are significantly larger.

I guess I wasn't sure which games you were talking about.  But either way, Switch game carts come in different sizes depending on the size of the game, so smaller games are cheaper to produce.  That's why most companies won't put the full game on the cart and make smaller profits just to make a super small percentage of the gaming community happy.

I'm talking about each RE game on it's own cart. Collections be damned.

Yeah, I was reading up on it.  I'm curious about what the price difference actually is.  Are they like apple and charge $1 per GB, or realistic like SD card pricing?  ;D

Well that's just asking for a miracle that can never really be a thing LOL!

It’s the same with the Spyro trilogy and bioshock trilogy. I got rid of the Spyro trilogy as soon as I found out. I’ll wait until these games plummit inevitably in price, and then buy them.

We can all talk about how awful of a practice this is, but likely in the future, it won’t be too difficult to install “updates” even after Nintendo services are down for Switch. Although impossible to install digital ware, probably someone will find a way to copy pasta updates.

Nobody here posting pictures of their finds?! Time to change that with stuff that arrived in the mail over the last couple of days.

I have covers for most Disc based games. Let me know if you need something scanned.

The Spyro trilogy actually got a second printing on PS4 that has all the games on disc... unfortunately the only way to tell them apart is the year stamp on the actual disc.  Everything else is exactly the same...  I think they had to do this as Sony came up with some rule that all games advertised have to be on disc so for Activision to keep selling it, they had to do a new print run.
