Some options out there anyway.
May have stumbled upon another alternative to digging in the depths of storage solution websites.
Hard Shell Full Sleeve VHS Tape Case Back
This I am going to give them a whirl. Don't see why they wouldn't work, they would be fairly robust for quality I would think as they are used for library use.
1.7 CAD per unit. Shipping included.
Hard to not give it a try at those prices. Art will be a complete re-do though I am assuming.

I'd go with double wide DVD cases then.
UGC sized art goes as is.

Meh. You’ll have to rig them to hold games properly, lest you settle with them all rattling around. Personally, I’d go with shadow fox cases if I were starting from scratch. No questions about it.
