That's a nice switcher. I haven't seen a matrix switcher with RCA jacks before. It would be nice to have either composite or s-video though. The front is a heck of a lot nicer than the commercial grade, TV station look of the one I use.

You could probably use this as composite switcher by just using let say the green video inputs/outputs, and s-video by splitting s-video in to 2 RCAs and then using green and red connectors.

That is correct with the composite. Not sure about the s-video. I didn’t know that was possible. :o
My N64 is modded for RGB. And nearly ever other retro console I can think of has native RGB output (HD Retrovision cables are used in this case). Except of course the NES which I plan to get modded.

S-video is 2 video signals (chroma and luma) and you could separate it in to 2 RCAs with (custom?) female s-video to 2 male RCAs -cable, and them back after the switcher with 2 female RCAs to male s-video cable (again probably custom).
