REQUEST - UGC Vertical NBA Live 95 SNES

Cant seem to find a good vertical cover for NBA Live 95 on SNES, its the only one i need, I have one from here http://www.thecoverproject.net/forums/index.php?topic=20823.msg190106#msg190106 that  I could save the .jpg but the quality isn't the best, sadly the link is dead for the full download, does anyone have a high res version they can upload? Ive seen plenty of requests for this game in the forums but it never seems to become available.
