Can someone clean this up for me?

I got this game for a quarter... For a quarter I'll add anything to my video game collection.  And I do have younger siblings anyhow.

Anyways, I tried scanning it, I did the descreen thing, it still came out kind of shoddy, might need some reconstructing magic.  But if you guys could clean it up, I have an empty DS case all ready for it.

Alright, I did a much cleaner scan, and now it won't let me upload it.  :/

Okay, out of utter failing to upload the cleaner version of the image, I used my own server, the raw scan is here: http://imgs.ocdtrekkie.com/Penguins2.jpg

It's cleaner, but I've decided the descreen feature on my scanner officially fails.

That page you linked dose not allow hotlinking. When clicking on it it would give you an error page.
