What Im looking for is a high quality scan of the rear insert of the Japanese Saturn XvSF game. The two custom ones are cool, but I wanted something cd case sized.

Dunno if you'll have any luck. I can't find the CD case to mine on my shelf, which probably means that it, like my copy of Real Bout Fatal Fury, came with a case that only included a front. In other words, they were originally sold in bundles that included a 4mb RAM card, much like the copy of Waku Waku 7 I recently picked up.

I have one BUT i dunno where it came from as i have the same boxed version as the7k. I must have downloaded it years ago from somewhere meaning the quality wont be good enough for here. I will scan it anyway and see if i can clean it up enough to be any good.

Thats the very one i have. Looks ok when printed so it should be fine.
