I use 28mm (1,1") thick 8DVD cases instead of UMCs, covers fit almost perfectly. altought i leave 5mm white part to bottom (which I hand color to hide it).)

if it's only 5mm, why not stretch the image before printing - 5mm is not going to make things look disproportionate
