Help ID-ing font and background graphic on cover?

Hey there. Trying to recreate the US NES Empire Strikes Back cover since the one on the site is terrible quality:

I'm using a foreign language PAL cover from the forums as well as this Star Wars cover:

to make an acceptable American cover. I need help identifying the legal text on the bottom (Copyright, etc). It's the same on both covers. I tried a few font identifying sites and I couldn't find a suitable match. Also trying to find a replacement match for the background pattern. Would you call that corkboard, or what?

My internet is super slow at work, so the images won't load, but I'm 99% sure shenske's is the same as the one on the site, just at a different size. But yeah, if you can scan yours that would be great!
