Any game casing services?

I never thought to ask, I've bee around here since 2008.

Does anyone on the site offer a service of printing the cover and putting it in the UGC. Not like buying the cases on eBay with the stolen art from here, I mean like making a list and someone creating all your game cases for you.

Does anyone do that? Or is it frowned upon?

As long as people know that they can get the covers free from here and still want instead have someone else do it for them... I see no promblem with it.

I think few have done that.

Shadowfox comes first to mind.
He uses his own made CGCs that are pretty much exact same size as UGCs but fit manuals perfectly.

Shadowfox's cases are stellar and you can get them with covers too. Check out his website at the link Arseen posted above. Just note that depending on the order there could be a lengthy turn around time. Shadowfox has a small team and has a high demand. He's working his butt off, so give him time.
