I have been making some scans in many places and allways i find the same problem. Something i have never seen in other scans made by other people when i download.
This problem i can describe like (mini points), at the moment i make the first zoom i appreciate many  mini points. I don´t know why in all places i went to make an scans i see the same problem.
The scans were made in 300dpi and 600dpi

i put an image for reference.

That is normal. It's how the cover you are scanning was printed. That's why when RAWs are posted they are cleaned beforehand. Here's some examples I whipped up for you.

BEFORE CLEANING

All I did there was really quick added some filtering and some slight color adjustments. There is usually more that I do. Also not all scanners are created equal.

Here's the full cover going from scan to finished cover.

The effect you are seeing is called ‘moire’. Ensure ‘descreen’ is switched on in your scanning software.

No need to swear in the subject.  Please make sure that as sheep stated, to have the "Descreen" option checked.  That way, the scans don't initially look like garbage.

Sure, just share the image here and I'll give it a whirl.

Also, as for the recommendation to "turn on descreening" on your scanner software, that is not an option on all scanners (mine included). If you don't have descreening available on your scanner then adding filtered layers in Photoshop is always an option too.

This article was a HUGE help in teaching me.

Both options are great. Use what you are able.

Great job!
Its seem you restored the image :D

Let me ask you something.
Its possible to pick up a picture that for example has 1920x1080 pixels and with the image to convert in more than 10,000 pixels make zoom and zoom and more zoom and the image still is absoluty perfect withouth pixelations or teeth of sirrer?

im asking this because i found an art that never had this resolution more than 10.000 from the own creator but the image in the web i found is more than perfect.
how its possible to do this? maybe painting again all colours on the image?

You can: Make something that looks awesome that is BIG and convert it to SMALL.
You cannot: Make something that looks awesome SMALL and convert it to BIG.

Unless you Vectorize the image, which doesn't really... work... for covers

That's why we ask for 600 DPI raw scans, so that they can be touched up, and then resized to 300 DPI and not vice-versa

I have plans to go at shop that make Photos.
If they can make an scan in high quality without mini points and i give you to you..
can you make again the same job you did with this image i gave you? i´m sure the picture will be much more better.
