Oh yes, the scan quality is amazing.
I can make Japanised US Verticals easily with those.
I'll try make ones tomorrow (or later today as it's way past midnight already).

CALLING FOR BETTER ARTISTS
Would someone take the 600 DPI front image of Fire Emblem Mystery of the Emblem scan, add the missing flap part from the back scan, merge and clean them, removing seams and the title.
I'd like to have that complete image so I can use it as a poster or as front image for US Vertical.
Cleaning that image with that high level is way beyond my skill level / power of my computer.

I am glad you like them. It took me forever to get a quality image I was happy with.

May I ask removal of the title as well so I can plant that in Englisified cover (if you can do that somewhat easily).
I can try wrapping my head around which line connects where so I can add missing pieces, but for that I need my better screen, so not in near future.

And/or cover without blur effect (if you have that step still stored and if it does not bring out the seams).

Anyway this image helps me a lot.

I thought you just meant removal of spine logos.  Eek, that’s some next level shit - I’ll give it a go!  I do like a challenge!

Don't worry if it is too annoying, I don't think the removal has to nesessarily be perfect as if it is too hard I think trying to remove as much as possible and trying to cover the rest with the English logo gives good enough result.

Anyway I did test fit of the image and I think your clean up of the image is awesome



As for the magenta bars, I'm still think between zooming in the image (highly likely no F***ing way), stretching the image (almost as big no F***ing way), building just the left edge after moving the image all the way to the right (... nah) or building both sides (very likely this option).
