I only own the PS2 version so I scanned it and messed with it on an Xbox template in Photoshop. Its not exactly retail but pretty close. Hope this helps. If not then simply ignore it.

 :) ;) :D thnx you for this the game is ultra rare u can bearly find the disk farless for a artwork scan

so this helps if i manage to find a lose disk am so useing this
