Wii Sports currently has 19 covers. One of these sticks out as being fairly extremely low quality, not meeting TCP's guidelines.

Should low quality covers be removed? Or are older submissions grandfathered in?
This is normally a sore topic as scanners (the machines, not people) back when this site started were terrible and/or highly expensive for something "decent". Up until say like... 5 years ago, great scanners have been more mainstream and their software (VueScan, etc) can provide far superior scans with the base settings than an old scanner could ever do. *back story now complete*
That being said, yes. There are some really terrible covers out there on TCP (and I mean some T-E-R-R-I-B-L-E covers), but we only have the
one hosted. I've seen the admins here be weary of removing
the only cover as again, it's the only cover.
That being said, what you have found is more outside the norm. There are indeed 19 Wii Sports covers, 13 of which are NTSC, and 1 of which is an instant reject from today's approval process.
TLDR: I'm with you on this is as this is a unique case where there are many other covers that meet the standards and this one should be removed.
