I dunno but the front looks a little pixelated to me.... Could be that was the reason it didn't make it....
2 + 3 = 23

I've seen some admin submitted covers with far worse errors than extremely minor pixelation (pixelation that I might add would be totally invisible once printed.)

Actually if your printer is decent it comes out quite smoothly, and at this point no, I don't plan to make a vertical version.
It just looks more appropriate for ps1 games.
