This is a rather odd request. We watched this Halloween special every year when I was a kid. A few years ago I found it again on youtube, of course Disney did tons of take downs over the years and it is no longer there.

I found this link last year:

I am wanting to make some blu rays for my brother and myself. Just nice little nostalgic Halloween gifts.

Would it be super hard to get a cover made based on this special? I know someone else is bound to have seen it.

Just wanted to kick the idea around before we get into spooky season.

oh wow, we had this one too (although I'm sure reissued as something else) but I remember the intro theme song!

Thanks for providing the link. Sure brings back the memories. That Gorilla one w/ Donald and the nephews always scared the crap out of me!

Wow! I didn't expect to see a request like this. I never saw A Disney Halloween. I grew up watching Disney's Halloween Treat. My parents recorded that TV special for me when I was a kid. I still have it on tape. I bought an unofficial fan-made DVD of Disney's Halloween Treat from retrotvmemories.com. It was ripped from the original VHS tape. All DVDs you can order on that website do not come with cases, artwork, or labels. The DVDs come in paper sleeves with the title written on the sleeve. The original VHS tape of Disney's Halloween Treat is extremely rare and it goes for over $50 on eBay. Most of the time, you won't find a copy. If you ever get your hands on an original copy of Disney's Halloween Treat, you can scan the cover and make it into a Blu-ray case cover. You will need to edit the cover and make it say, "A Disney Halloween" instead.

I'm also curious how you plan to make the blu-ray from this source...

Downloading videos from Vimeo is super easy. It is done already and there was no loss in quality.

I just want to make 2 copies. 1 for me and 1 for my brother!

That's exactly what I was looking for really. I wonder if they used the same video source. They had to have.

Ahh. How did you find it? Guess I'll buy a copy and see anyways.
