Where are the manuals section?

I've used the site search engine to find SNES Rushing Beat covers and it pointed me that there's one manual available for this game (aka Rival Turf), but it doesn't  show me where!! Where can I donwload the Rival Turf manual here??

I belive that is a default message when we have a game name but no cover for it.

As far as I know there is no manual for that or any other SNES game

Jup if there is no cover and you search the game you find an empty section with a dead link to no manual...
