Hello all,

I've been trying to complete my Vectrex collection and there are basically no covers for the console on the forums.  It looks like at one point, someone hosted several covers on photobucket, but all the links are dead.

The games I need are:

Spike
Solar Quest
Clean Sweep
Cosmic Chasm
Star Trek: The Motion Picture

Here is the closest thing I've found to a template:

Here is the post with all of the broken links where people were working on this before:

Here is the link to all of the scans for the boxes:

I have minimal photoshop skills, so any help would be greatly appreciated.  Even if we could get a good template, that might be a good starting point.

Any help for this one, guys?  I think it would be great if we could get started on the Vectrex.  It has a small library and shouldn't be very difficult to archive.

I knocked up a template based on the image you provided.  Here you go:

I just realized the template is a .psd format.   Is there anyone out there with photoshop that can convert this to a .png or something I can use?

To use a ‘template’ you really need to have layers.  PNG doesn’t support layers.  You can download an older version of photoshop free from adobe’s website.

There are also free, browser based photo editors. This one for example can handle PSDs and tries to look quite similar to Photoshop. You can use that to convert sheep2001's template to whatever you like:

I do all my editing in paint.net which has a ton of add-ins you can install like one to open up .psd files.
