Switch that you cannot dock...  ???... Pass...  >:(... Not my cup of tea.

I feel the same way.  I want the opposite of the Switch Lite.  I want a home only version of the Switch.

With that said, I think the Switch Lite is a good idea.  There is certainly a market for it.  I'm just not that market.

It is funny to see how people use the Switch.  For example mt Switch has never once been in the dock, hell I don't even know where it is as I never even hooked it up.  It may still be in the box which is MIA also.

--- End quote ---

While on the flip side of that, whenever I get around to getting a Switch, the screen and internal battery will probably never be used since I plan to put it in the dock and leave it there forever.

Yup, mine stays docked.  The switch controllers are awful, they feel cheap, small and plastic - like a toy - so it never got used.  I just got myself a power-a controller, and that feels ok, so it might get a little more use now.

Are you talking about the Joy Cons or the Pro Controller?  I plan to make a Pro Controller a day 1 purchase whenever I get around to getting a Switch.  The Joy Cons seem like a neat idea, but I don't see myself using them.

This is pretty much the whole reason I bought the Lite. I like keeping my Switch hooked up to the TV but have been playing it handheld more often lately and it just doesn't feel as comfortable as I would like. I see it as having a Wii and DS or Wii U and 3DS at the same time only now both play the same games.

How about the HD Rumble?  The only reason I want to try to Joy Cons is to see if I can really feel the difference.  Otherwise, I would plan to use a Pro Controller for pretty much all other gaming.
