| Folder of covers, looking to get some advice |

Hey all, since the process is a bit clogged for uploading covers, I thought I would share what I have here to see if they are what people are looking for. I tried to make them match mostly what is available, and get as close to retail as I could on most. The Dragon Quest 1&2 one I found online somewhere but all the others I have made. A few re-imaginings of games that weren't released in English, and a few of games that I could not find the covers for. My current TV is not up to the task fullest as I can't seem to tune the image to perfection, so I cannot do full nitpick. But I did check the Do-Re-Mi cover, he are some of my findings: Major: - DPI is 96 instead of 300, but as the pixel size is correct 3366x2100 it is just case of error in saving, so that is fixable. - Front image is way too low grade. - Front image has white bar at the bottom. - Title on the back has jagged edges. - Spine background needs to be black. - I think screenshot are too low grade. - Middle screenshot has black bar at the bottom. - I think we have higher grade template to use. Minor: - SNS code is wrong (could not find correct now). - Barcode wrong (Gamefaqs has correct one). - Back cover's Hudson logo should be under the screenshots (so 5mm or so more left). |

Yeah, the front image is definitely pretty low quality, of the best I could fine. Weird about the template stuff though because that's the one I found in the templates section, maybe I grabbed the wrong file? I'd say Do-Re-Mi is probably my least proud one, the Rhythm Heaven being my favorite. Thanks for the feedback. For the spine background, I've seen a few that aren't black (specifically Super Mario Kart and Super Mario World 2), is that a hard and fast rule? |
