Pre-orders are now open for the upcoming Jaguar SD.  This is a flash cart or Everdrive type device made by Saint at Retro HQ.  He was the creator of the Atari Lynx and Neo Geo Pocket Color flash carts.  He quality is equal to, if not superior to Krikzz's Everdrives and luckily he has made it a point to focus on flash carts for systems that Krikzz has ignored, so there hasn't been any overlap between the two creators.

There may not be too many people here who focus or care about the Jaguar, but I figured I would put it out here for anyone who might be interested.

Nice!  I've been waiting for one of these for a while. Can't allocate the resources to get one right now, but it's nice to know that it's on its way!

I just have one minor gripe, and it's really minor, but I wish the cartridge had a handle. Just a throwback to the original Style.

I've been following it over at AA since 2016, and that came up in the discussion on a few occasions.  Saint had his reasons for it, but I honestly can't remember what they were.  I've been waiting for this for a long time.

Wow, just check back over at AA, and over 500 people ordered today.  Crazy to think there is still that much demand for the Jaguar.

Long story, but Saint isn't taking pre-orders at the moment.  He will open them back up eventually so stand by.  Your best bet for updates is to follow him on Twitter or Atari Age.

Necro bump.  After what feels like forever, I just found out that my pre-order is going through.

While Saint was taking pre-orders a little over a year ago, he decided not to take anyone's money until he had a product in hand to ship out.  So while I put my pre-order in, I never had to pay the money for it.  Unfortunately, I missed the cut off for the first round by about 10 orders.  That's why I've had to wait so long.  Since that time, Saint has decided to sell his stuff through other vendors and I've had the option to buy one that way, but unfortunately, with new laws in Europe, he has to charge VAT through those third parties.  I held off with my original order to avoid the VAT and it's finally paid off after more than a year.  Looking forward to finally trying this out.  I also have his Lynx and NGPC SD flash carts and they are awesome.
