Thanks guys!  I got the MSX collection for $60 which I was on the edge about.  It has the spine card though and was in good shape so I went for it.

Here's my total haul from hitting every Disc Replay, Half Price Books, Exchange, and Game World in the Indianapolis and Bloomington, IN area. I was trying to focus on stuff that's dried up in the STL area. I finally was able to track down Splatterhouse, Deadly Premonition, and Marble Mania after a long search. The Saturn MSX collection was a really awesome random find along with High Velocity which is a Cave developed racing game published by Atlus. I also found a bunch of great portable games including Blaster Master for the GBC and a complete copy of Etrian Odyssey IV. Alien Chaos 3D was a cool uncommon find too. Lastly, I finally found a complete copy of DDR Mario Mix. The box isn't in the best of shape but it was reasonably priced so I jumped on it. Rocket and the 2 copies of A Sound of Thunder are for trade because they were way underpriced.

Retro Games Plus here in CT has had a copy of MSX collection for a few months now.  They have it priced at $90, which is roughly the going rate for it.  I'd like to pick it up but I can't afford it right now.  They got it with a bunch of trades of Japanese Saturn games.  I did manage to get Gale Racer for $5 and Memorial Selection vol. 2 for only 99 cents though.

Is that the one in Southington or Plainville area???  If so I used to go there every Friday on my way home from work and pick stuff up.  This ended 7 years ago when I moved from CT to Seattle.  At the time the selection was pretty small but I always found a few items worth grabbing.

redsox2012:

There are 3 Retro Games Plus stores - Newington, Orange & Norwalk.  There is a game store in Plainville but it's a different one.

I had no idea that the MSX collection accrued some value.

I bought a copy way back in 98 or 99 for about $5-6 at a local import shop. The Saturn has proven yet again to be more collectible than I would have ever thought.
