Don't PAL peoples have completely different dimensions for Blu-Ray cases?

He's saying it won't fit in any cases you might have lying around so it's pointless.

The back is just a scan of the American retail cover. We don't have any scans of the PAL version, so I dunno how exactly I'd do such a thing.

Also, if you wanted to make these fit a PS3 case (which, I assume, is about the same size as a PAL Blu-Ray case), all you need to stretch is the spine. The front and back of a Blu-Ray insert are the same size as a PS3 inserts, the spine is the only thing that changes size.

I know I said I'd be going in reverse alphabetical order, but this game has taken up a huge portion of my life in the past few days. I have to show it some love. Included an alternate cover that uses the front of the artbook I got by ordering from GameStop. (It was a GameStop Online exclusive, so I bet a lot of people missed out on it...)

BlazBlue: Calamity Trigger

I'll post a retail scan eventually.

I'm so pumped for this game. I hope it comes to Europe. The US and Asian Xbox360 version are not codefree unfortunately :'(

Does the artbook have pictures for all the characters in the game? Or let me rephrase the question...are you doing character based covers like with SF IV? ;)

Unfortunately, the art book it came with is pretty mediocre. It's nice, don't get me wrong, but I was expecting more than 32 pages. And I wanted it to be hardback. Oh well. Free is Free! (Although, the artbook wasn't really free when you factor in that I could have gotten it about $10 cheaper if I ordered from Amazon thanks to no taxes and free shipping.)

Most of the artwork is concept art. So, while there are a lot of images of each of the characters, there's nothing like the artwork I used for SF4.

Ah, that's too bad. As soon as I read you had the artbook I was looking forward to a Noel, Arakune or Haku-men cover :)

Oh well, this game might not make it to Europe so it's no big deal. I just like your custom work and was wondering what you had in mind for the game :)

It'd be strange if it didn't make it to Europe, seeing as you guys got Battle Fantasia for the PS3 while we didn't... which I still have to import. I still don't see why that game was Xbox 360 Exclusive in America.

I can understand getting a PS3 being hard to do in Europe, though. From what I understand, they cost a small fortune over there. Maybe you could buy a used American or Japanese PS3 and somehow sneak it through customs?

Yeah, only problem is the exclusives :) For now the only PS3 games I'm interested in are Uncharted/2, Resistance/2 and Killzone 2. I already have a Blu-Ray player so until God Of War 3 hits the PS3 in March I have little incentive to get one :)

At least in Germany a PS3 costs as much as 2 Xbox360s but I sure as hell won't try to import one :D

Well, looks like I'm going to have to re-do all these covers. I just got the Blu-Ray cases in today, and it looks like these covers are just slightly too wide for them. Apparently Nexpak uses different sizes than Amaray, and I have no way of picking up Amaray cases reliably, so I'll have to switch to Nexpak. I'll have to figure out what size these are exactly...

Fun times.
