Request - Various Genesis Custom Covers

I have found covers for a most of my Genesis collection but the different spines and inconsistency in quality drives me a little crazy. Just wondering if I could get some help with some custom covers, I really like Shenske's Genesis template with the red stripes. I'm sure a lot of these games don't have raw scans but any help would be appreciated.

It will probably be fairly difficult to get all of those sports games but Menacer is the very first one posted by segamer here

The are a lot of cover for these games already but I don't like seeing different spine designs on my shelves.
