--- Quote from: TDIRunner on April 16, 2019, 07:53:59 PM ---I don't think anyone who is a member here would be interested in an all digital console anyway unless it's something they take with them from place to place, and even then, it would be iffy.

I can see a market for this, especially for a much younger crowd.  And regardless of how any of us feel about it here, it's certainly the direction the industry is headed.  I would say we will get one more generation of physical gaming before everything is either digital or streaming.

You missed the point: Normal Xbox One S is same price (depending on price of the games can be even cheaper) than Xbox One S All Digital and you'll lose the ability to play 4K Bluray discs.

But the people the system is aimed for don't care about any of that.

That with drive is cheaper than without?

Correct.

Amuricans... ::)

I'm not so sure it's a cultural thing nearly as much as it is a generational thing.  Digital sales are outpacing physical sales all over the world especially with younger kids.

I know.
It was just joke answer referring to stubborn people bying the more expensive driveless version over the cheaper one with the drive.
I just could not think anything more stuborn that so called "Amurican".
