| [not a person] Death in the Family |
| (1/1) |

Hello Everyone: I suffered a recent loss when my Dreamcast suddenly died. :'( I had no idea it was even sick. It seemed to be working fine, I went to the bathroom and when I returned... it was dead. When I push the power button, the power LED flickers briefly, but then nothing. Very sad day for me. |

Oh, :'( I thought there was a legitimate (human) death at first. The Dreamcast is quite a loss though, thats why i have 2 just in case anything happens. Good thing they dont cost too much anymore. Gotta klove how quickly dreamcast consoles depreciate in value. ;) |

Yeah, I was thinking a person had died... My Saturn bit the dust a few months ago. Still haven't found a new one - they all still go for too much. $40 was the lowest I could find. I'm thinking about buying a second DC though, as a friend of mine is moving and wants to sell his (complete with box!) for only $20. |

You guys sound like my wife....... She doesn't understand why this makes me sad. |

No, I understand you, it's just that the topic title deceived me. Trust me, I was really bummed after realizing my Saturn wouldn't play anymore. I'd put Die Hard Arcade in, saying "Please Play! Please Please Play!", then Vampire Savior, then X-Men vs Street Fighter, then Guardian Heroes, everytime hoping with all my might it will work... very depressing. |
