The site actually has a English option and if it's not translated, Chrome's built in translator works great. I can't speak or read any Japanese and I was able to navigate the site, create a account, and order games from it with no issue at all.

Just us. I'm in Canada and i can use Canadian prime on Amazon.com

Today I recieved 6 official Nintendo GBA-GBA Link Cables.
I think I now have 10-12 so 4-6 left (+ some more Game Boys or such) for all nesessary equipment for that one thing.

You have to sign up for a new account but you can use the same email you use for you US account. It's different accounts for each region unfortunately.
