Instruction booklet Templates

I was going to try to rebuild some of my older more beaten up Sega Genesis Instruction booklets. I was curious if a Photoshop Template was available, or if another site might have one. I haven't been able to come across anything.

Microsoft publisher might actually be a better choice for doing the layout.  There are booklet templates built into it.

Did any Switch games come with manuals, or even manual sized pieces of paper? There are manual clips for some reason...

I have never seen one.
I did measure and 9cm by 11.5cm manual would fit.
3-4mm thick should fit fine.

Yes, some of the LRG, EastAsiaSoft, and Nicalis games have came with manuals.
