Hello guys I might have posted this a few mins ago but it never showed up and my wifi stupid slow and wonky.

I am trying to resize an image in photoshop and export it as a JPEG so I can send it to staples. But every time I resize it against another image from cover project it is half the size in mg but is bloating when trying to upload it and print ? any ideas to what I am doing wrong or how to fix it?

What image?
And check the image size in pixels and the dpi, and post those here.

It’s probably a resolution issue.  A handful of the covers on this site are 72DPI, which is not a suitable print resolution, and may be causing some issues.

Alright I was able to get my custom prom night to the right dimensions for printing which means I have it right for the 360 game. I am also having an issue I sent the file for a ps vita games from this site and it printing out a giant size of it almost fits a standard case. I thought the ones of the site were right and ok for print? any clue what size I need to set a ps vita game.

You gotta post links, man. Can’t really do much without being able to see what’s wrong.

That's what I thought too, but looking back through his messages, looks like he's trying to resize images he made/ found online to match the dimensions and dpi of cover project images. But, he's also having problems with a Vital cover from the site as well.

First of all, mizuhime, which Vita cover are you trying to print from this site? And taking other images you found online or made, that weren't scanned at the proper dpi, or are too small, and adjusting the dimensions and dpi won't necessarily make them work properly. You most likely have to start with a fresh scan at the proper, well everything.

Sorry for all of the confusion let see if I can clear it up as I don't think I did a great job describing my issue and I am sorry about that.

I had indeed made my own dvd cover and I got that right eventually but I had also got a image from the request form which turned out to be in poor shape/scan so I don't need that anymore and for the the vita case I downloaded the uncharted golden abyss but when I printing it. It became the size of standard dvd case and I never hade a issue with printing from the site before.

thanks for helping

Chillax, that Mediafire link thing is common mistake.

Anyway: Make new folder in mediafire, move all files there and then share that folder (choose share and post that link).
And yes I too am bit confused on what kind of help you spesifically need.
So please explain for us dummies. ;)
