Action 52 (NES) cover art for UGC

Has there actually ever been cover art made for Action 52 for the NES? I have seen various scans around on the the forums of varying quality.
I would really love if we would be able to get a cover made for this. I hate having the loose cartridge sitting around.
Any help out there?
