Yep, the Pink Floyd faceplate was once the "Wood grain" finish faceplate. Got it off of eBay for 5 bucks with intention on painting it over anyhow.

 It was easy too. Krylon Fusion spray paint, black sharpie, thin Red Sharpie, exacto knife and a piece of sticker paper to print out "Pink Floyd" on.
 
 Oh, and a piece of sandpaper to scuff up the laminate image so the paint sticks.

Good luck shipping that thing... You have a whole ocean to cross to get to him, plus the infamous customs agents could bust it for being third party merchandise.

As long as ther is no "X" symbol on that thing I guess we're safe It will look like a piece of wood with a skull on it. At least this time they can claim it's fake and it won't be a lie

After finding this thread again I feel bad. Sorry Kaiser. I moved a bit, tried making the stand better, and all together hated the outcome. It no longer exists.

I decided to post here again to just put my album of projects from Facebook here. Im kinda happy with the way a new stand I am making for a new friend has come out so far.

I love the Wall Xbox faceplate, If you are looking for more album related desighn ideas, A Sgt. Peppers face plate would be cool. I made one a few years ago for a friend. The power button was the drum.
