DAT BOOTY

Back towards the early 90s era, a company called Life Fitness decided that video games were making people fat and lazy. They created a game that can be played using the exertainment cycle (shown above) or standard snes controller. "In 1994 the Life Fitness Exertainment System hit the market, but it failed to win over many customers, thanks to its lofty price of $3,500." (dailytech.com)

Not my pic, but pretty cool nonetheless.
The exertainment unit plugs into the bottom port of the Super Nintendo to allow you to use this bike for games such as Mountain Bike Rally, Speed Racer, or the highly elusive Mountain Bike Rally / Speed Racer Combo.
I only have the exertainment game loose and might want to keep that game, but I know console with all of the cords fetches a pretty penny. I really have no desire to find or locate the bike, but I'd be open to trade someone for Super Nintendo (NTSC) or Sega Genesis games (NTSC).
