I just got done rearranging my shelf to hold all of these... The list will probably grow thinner once I sift through the carts and see which are keepers. Of course that requires an SNES so I'll see what the flea market holds before doing anything else.

Which are the expensive ones? I know that people here talk about Aladdin pretty highly and obviously the Mario/DK/Zelda titles. I'm really kinda new to Nintendo in general so I'm not sure about the numbers lol. If they can find the SNES that came with it I'll throw in an extra ten dollars.

Keeping a good chunk of these... the rest will either go to eBay or the local retro shop... for more games.

edit: fixed the GameBrick. Turns out the battery connector had some gunk on it that was shorting it out. Works fine now.

Nothing here is really any more than 20$, just a lot of solid titles and for snes collectors some definite must haves. 35$ thats a sick way to start and while I have all of these I wouldn't pass up a deal like this either.

I was actually kind of befuddled. Said flea market usually never has anything of the gaming sort (before this I was there a couple years ago and only found Ghost Recon: Jungle Storm for PS2). Like I said they had all of the hookups and controllers for it and said they'd hold the SNES for me if they found it. I'd hafta shell out another ten bucks but what the hey. Far better than the alternative which is ~$60 just for the SNES at the local retro store (which is pretty well-priced aside from retro consoles).

Trouble with this console is that I've run out of spots on my AV switch and am running out of plug sockets too  :-\

SNES (cart-only; some had cart protectors)
Legend of Zelda: Link to the Past
 Super Mario World
Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island
 Super Mario All-Stars
 Super Mario Kart
 F-Zero
 Donkey Kong Country
 Donkey Kong Country 2
 Donkey Kong Country 3
 Joe & Mac
 Super Ghouls 'n Ghosts
 Disney's Aladdin

I would keep what I listed, and try to sell the rest.

And the star wars games,  tiny toons and super off road.

You got an absolute steal there.

2 paddle controllers and SNES hookups

The people I got this stuff from also said they'd look for the SNES that came with all this stuff. I'm going back soon to see what they found.

No joke this actually pisses me off to read! I never find deals like that! The local guys that the flea market want $10 for SNES sports games! Like $45 for Mario games! Where are the Nintendo Gods when I need them! Arggghhh!

It's funny how flea markets work nowadays. Years ago, they seemed to get regular stock, but nowadays they tend to not have games for long periods of time, only to *suddenly* get a large influx. It really makes bargain-hunting an unpredictable practice. :/

Status update. The guys said the SNES they found was totally fried. The local retro store said they'd charge 40 for a replacement console since I have all of the hookups. Can't find it cheaper anywhere else. So it's a win-loss. I got a bunch of games but can't play them for a bit.

I know it's probably blasphemy against the purpose of this site but I don't have enough space to case the games so they'll just hafta sit and look pretty on the shelf where my PS1 CD cases used to be (got so many games that it took up a full shelf plus another quarter of the same shelf doubled in front).

If anyone was curious as to the condition of these finds, the PS2 games were all CIB (Medal of Honor: Rising Sun had a GameStop sticker). The SNES carts are all in good or new condition. The GameBoy is yellowed slightly and has definite signs of wear but nothing serious. All in all I'm very happy with this purchase.

Except for the fact that I don't have an SNES  :'(

Even with having to pay $40 for the SNES, you're still saving money. And like I mentioned, after you sell off the crap, you'll be close to the original $35 price point so it'll all work out in the end.  ;D

I don't know if I'd make 435 with filler games but I'll see what eBay does.

I went to a local flea market called Trader's Village on the 2nd, and it sucked big time. Outdoors with terrible heat, so many dealers of the same things, and only 5 or so had any games at all. Of those who did, those who sold NES games wanted $10 or $15 each. For that kind of crap, I'm better off at a used video store.

I'd agree. 15 for any console is good in my book. Granted I've never played Dreamcast so I dunno whether I'd ever want one but still a good find imo.
