I forgot about this thread. A couple of weeks ago, I walked intoa Play -N- Trade, and walked out with Earthworm Jim, with box and manual. Cost $20, which may not seem like such a great deal compared to everything else everyone else here gets, but I felt it was worth it. After all, it's Earthworm Jim.

Depends which version. If for Sega CD then it was more than worth it! For Genesis/SNES it was so-so.

I've yet to find any garage sales in my town that have any games or anything noteworthy to find in them.  You guys all have it very lucky.

Same here.. other than some listings in Craigslist, Georgia is retro gaming HELL!
If you have nothing to do... Don't do it here!

Wasn't serious about the hate.  Just joking.  Am a bit jealous though... Been looking to get myself an Atari 2600 (mostly for nostalgia to be honest), and haven't been able to find one in my price range.

And you got an awesome deal on it too.  The Atari 2600 was my first console, hence the reason I'd like to have one again someday.  I had one and about forty games, six controllers (four sticks and two paddles), and a nifty little entertainment center case (had a base to set the sytem on, spaces for controllers/cords, slots to house a large number of games, and a cover to put over teh whole thing when you were done playing).  Found that whole lot at a community garage sale being held at a church back with I was seven years old.  They only wanted $20, so I dipped into the money I saved from my allowance and bought it.  Unfortunately, I was a total idiot when I was in my mid-teens and ended up selling the collection at my own garage sale (along with my Genesis and NES collections).  Kinda regretted it ever since.  Just recently re-built (and then some) my Genesis collection.
