Sears Tele-Games Electronic System (The Heavy Sixer) aka Sears Atari 2600 made in 1977.  Complete in the box with all the hookups (missing a switchbox though so I cannot test it out...) and with 12 games for $20.

Sega Nomad in a Sega Game Gear Case - $3.

My girlfriend keeps finding them for me =D

Just got back from garage sale hopping today.  First house I drove up to I struck GOLD!!

N64 Bundle (EXCELLENT Condition)
Console
3 controllers (green, gray, and SuperPAD??)
1 controller pack
w/ 10 games
Mario Kart 64
Golden Eye 007
Flying Dragon
WCW Mayhem
All Star Baseball 99
NHL Breakaway 98
International Track and Field 2000
Madden 2002
Madden 2000
In The Zone 98
All for $8

My rarest find was probably PS1 Tomba 2: The Evil Swine Return for a $1.

That game is really expensive in Ebay last time I checked so I pretty jazzed up right now.  I thought I was close to collecting everything I want...now I guess it's back to the drawing board for the N64 LOL  :D

I was just wondering, do you often come across Master System stuff in yard sales or flea markets or used games shops in the US? Here in europe you get MS stuff at every corner cause it seems like the Master system was pretty popular but in the US it wasn't that big was it?

I have only ever seen 3 sega master systems in my life.  Hell, I didn't know there was the NES of Sega's Consoles until 4 years ago!  Quite rare around Pennsylvania

i am pretty sure the MS was the system of choice at the time in the UK - i didn't know anyone that had a NES, but at least a dozen of my friends had Master Systems.

I remember a record store opposite where i worked selling off all the NES software when the Saturn was launched - i was tempted to buy a load, but didn't have a NES - they were all under £2 each, hundreds of them.

Oh god who knows what games would have been in those massive amounts to choose from. There are so many expensive NES games nowadays.

i managed to get red dead redemption for £2 and i feel guilty.
basically a kid down the street died and his mum was selling his games at the front of their house (the kid told her to sell them this way to pass joy onto other kids)  it was the only game i got since i either had the rest or didnt want them

that is certainly a sad story to hear, but i don't think it's anything you should really feel guilty about.

unless you like haggled her to a lower price. then you should definitely feel guilty.
