I went to 7 thrift stores and have come to the conclusion that the 80's NES games are starting to dry up. I usually find the common stuff like SMB, Rad Racer, Excite Bike...etc. but now it's getting super hard to find these things, atleast around my area. I've come up with in the last 2 weeks is Tiny Toons Adventure, The Lone Ranger, Ninja Gaiden II. I have to go back to the store pick up Chip N' Dale: rescue rangers, Strider, and Mappy Land. The owners of the store are starting to raise their prices because they're calling them "Antique Collectables" :D |

Just keep at it. My father and brother in law picked up a box with some Nintendo Power magazines, roughly 25 manuals for NES games, a SNes, AV cord, and Controller for 3 bucks. Also snagged a PSONE with flip screen, controller, mem card, and tony hawk 4 for $5. last weekend I went out and got 3 hint books ($6), 2 cds ($1), and a GBA SP with carry case, 2 wall chargers, a car charger Bratz (yay) and Pokemon Crystal ($5) Just keep at it. Eventually you find some good stuff. |
