Just had another great find on an austrian flea market.

Complete first print Lunar Silver Star Story Complete

+

Complete first print Arc the Lad Collection with sealed game and Omake stuff

+

Steel Battalion controller

all for a whopping 75 Euros.... Compared to Ebay prices that's not too shaby. ;D

Nice! I'm seriously thinking about getting the Arc the Lad Collection for about 40 bucks.

For 40 dollars? Make sure it's the first release with all the extras!

If yes then go for it cause that is a really good price!

went to go to yard sales last weekend.  I saw the sega genesis sitting on top of a box and it had $20 sticker on it.  The guy there said that the box had all the games and accessories in it, and they all worked. I never owned one so I thought $20 isn't that bad.  Bought it, took it home, opened everything and hit gold...

2nd Generation Sega Genesis
32x Attachment
Sega CD attachment
4 Sega brand controllers (2 3button 2 6button)

(GEN GAMES)
Sonic 1, 2, 3, 3-d blast, &knuckles
Phantasy Star 2 3 and 4
(CD GAMES)
Lethal Enforcers 1 and 2  (with 2 guns)
Lunar 1 and 2
Space Ace
(32x games)
Doom

Just wondering, what was the disc art on the Lunar 1 disc?  There are like 7 different types that were released by Working Designs, and I'm a big WD junkie so I love to hear about random finds like this.  You can see a list of all the Lunar variants here:

It is label variant #3, which actually I like the best, I had no idea there were many different variations to cd art.

Stopped at a garage sale today, and picked up a nice Sega Dreamcast bundle for $25.  (Pretty good find!)  Very happy with this find, because I never did have the opportunity to play any dreamcast games before.

1 Dreamcast w/ all hookups
2 controllers
200 block memory card
Sonic Adventure
NFL Blitz 2000
NBA 2K
NFL 2K
World Series Baseball 2K1
Demo Disc
Web Browser

Not a bad find although there are not too many hot games in this package. Sonic Adventure is nice but you have to get a shitload of other games to really enjoy the DC to its fullest!

Yeah 25 bucks for working Dreamcast alone is not bad.

Yeah I know...  I will probably keep sonic adventure, blitz, and the demo disc and trade in the rest of the games.

  • ...and that's the bottom line
I'd keep them all. I'm not into sports games at all except for Wrestling and UFC but the ones you got aren't bad games at all and I don't think you'd make much trading them in. If you really don't like them then just keep them for spare cases because when you build your collection you will come across your faire share of cracked cases ;)

Have fun with the DC. A lot of games have been ported to or have been in collections for other systems but there is still a lot for you to discover! Enjoy!

You guys should also stop by your local second hand stores. I go to the a nearby my place and I find good games all the time!
Just last week I found NES games Legend of Zelda, Contra, Castlevania, Double Dragon, Castlevania 3, 1942 for a whopping $5 for all of them together!  They get them pretty often but I just pick up the games I don't have or unless they have better labels on them.

Went yard saling last Saturday from 8-3....almost NO GAMES all day. 2nd to last stop a lady had a smoke/clear N64 with cables No controllers, no games and about 25-30 Genesis games all in boxes with manuals, Sega Genesis cleaning kit and game genie.

Talked her down from $15 to $10 for the lot of it....sadly....no RPG games...so everything but the genie and cleaning kit are going to PNT next time I'm in that area

My girlfriend just found me Bushido Blade (PS1) for $1.  May not be the greatest find, but by having access to a professional disc cleaner, I am more than happy!
