It seems that Mediafire has done some changes and thus all (I think) Mediafire links on our site are broken.. including all Shenske's CGC cover list links.
I still have direct link to the main folder of those so I can start repairing the links little by little.

I just tested some of the links in my scan thread.  I didn't see any issues there.

With that said, I was downloading some CGC covers for a few new NES games the other night and I had some issues with the links in the CGC thread.  Luckily, the only ones I had issues with were also hosted on the site, and those links worked fine.
Maybe, just once, someone will call me "sir" without adding, "you're making a scene."

It seems they changed the format of the download links a while ago, but only now links with the old format stopped working. More "recent" links that already use the new format still work. In this thread for example you can find working links that date back to the start of Oktober.

OLD Link format: https://www.mediafire.com/view/?n7a4bzgdko8x7m3
NEW Link format: http://www.mediafire.com/view/n7a4bzgdko8x7m3/DS%20-%20EU%20-%20Pocket%20Monsters%20-%20JAP%20-%20Blue.jpg#

<sarcasm>Cool!  That’ll break the shit out of every thread with lots of links. The character limit on this forum is gonna make editing those threads a nightmare.

Actually that makes the thing easier.

/DS%20-%20EU%20-%20Pocket%20Monsters%20-%20JAP%20-%20Blue.jpg# part is just the name of the game in the link and is not needed and can be deleted.

So only thing to change is to remove s from the https and ? from the image name.
So
Code: [Select]
https://www.mediafire.com/view/?n7a4bzgdko8x7m3 becomes
Code: [Select]
http://www.mediafire.com/view/n7a4bzgdko8x7m3I tryed it and it works.

Thanks Arseen. It's probaly very tedious to review and change them all, but it's appreciated.

Yeah thanks again man.  If you do the SNES Horizontal list, can you update it with the new covers I've been adding?

SNES Horizontal seems to be ok as it doesn't rely solely on Mediafire, and the Mediafire links I checked were functioning.
As for updates I'd need complete list (with links if covers are stored outside our site) of all the new covers.

I think the only new ones that have really been made are the ones I have done which I have replied to the thread with.

OK, I'll go thru the topic and update the list.
