I use a Kodak EasyShare 5100 All-In-One Printer I got off woot.com for $50, and I use Kodak Gloss Photo Paper (100-Pack) I get at Best Buy for around $10.
When I don't (and for 28mm bricks) I go to Kinko's self service kiosks.

If i remember correctly its like 25 or 50 cents a minute or something! As always, I recommend OfficeMax. Its the cheapest good quality print from a national company.

I could only ever get my covers to print correctly on thier "advanced" PC, which had Photoshop CS# installed on it.. but then it cost more :\Everytime I tried their normal pc's it messed with the % size and they didn't come out right.
