what are they?  ???

One is a collection of ancient SNK games, the other is a fighting game with all female SNK characters.  Both for the Switch (why they don't just put "Switch" instead of "Hybrid Device" is beyond me).

This is technically a pickup for the business, but it’s too cool to not share.

Logojet 2400 UV printer. Basically it allows us to print to any surface :D

As an old Lexmark Field Tech, I have to say this thing is impressive. No Image transfer unit needed. I Would be curious about the durability of the prints.  Can you remove it with Denatured Alcohol or Acetone?

I would like to hear your thoughts on the retro game box subscription. I get one of the others and find that the games I get don't add to the price of the box.

I’ll give it a test ASAP.

I think the ink is a thin layer uv cured color plastic resin. I have so many questions.
Will it ruin a CDR if you try to print a label on it?
What is the maximum curvature of a surface can it handel?
Are there surfaces that the ink has a hard time adhering to?
is the ink flexible (if you print on paper and fold it will the ink crack like toner)?

I also use to be an engraver for Things Remembered so this printer is really neat for me.

• I think the ink is a thin layer uv cured color plastic resin.
It's actually ink, not a resin or anything like that.  I'm not sure what they use to emulsify it.  It is quite corrosive though (according to Logojet).

• Will it ruin a CDR if you try to print a label on it?
Not sure.  I would wager that it would probably get along better with one of those inkjet printable discs though.

• What is the maximum curvature of a surface can it handel?
Between 4-6mm of deflection.  It'll do more, but the image quality will deteriorate significantly.

• Are there surfaces that the ink has a hard time adhering to?
Yes, but they have a special primer made just for those surfaces (basically anything that isn't porous, like glass, glazed ceramics, acrylic sheet, etc).

• Is the ink flexible (if you print on paper and fold it will the ink crack like toner)?
There is an option for flexible ink, but we didn't go that route, as we don't have any plans for printing on soft/flexible surfaces.  I believe there are edible ink options for some of these printers as well...

I've been making jigs and testing non-stop since Wednesday.  Made these today.
