Personally sounds like they were lifted and then sold from either a rental chain (say Family Video - which happens) or Red Box.
We are mainly a community that deals with older systems as we are trying to preserve older games first. Someone might have something, but as Arseen just said, these are brand new games. I know a bunch of us would rather spend $60 on a retro game than something brand new.
