[DONE] Request - Sonic AdventureDX + Sonic Adventure 2: Battle - GCN - (Custom)

I had two loose discs for Sonic Adventure 1 and 2, and I happened to have a spare 2-disc gamecube case lying around so I just store them in that in my collection. That being said, currently I just have a generic cover for it, and I was wondering if anyone could make (or has already made) a custom cover for this, like in a combo pack (such as Pac-Man World 2/Pac-Man Vs., or the Metroid Prime/Wind Waker combo, for example).

I'd imagine this wouldn't be hard to do, given both games have printables readily available all over the Internet. I just have no skill with image manipulation. In all honesty I'm surprised this hasn't been done already, given how popular these games are and how likely it is that someone has probably already had this idea of a cover for a SA1+2 combo pack.
