Is it just Amazon and eBay, or is it everything?  Are you logged into a Google account?
Maybe, just once, someone will call me "sir" without adding, "you're making a scene."

Thanks Arseen, when I next visit I'll give that a go!!

@TDIRunner:

At the moment I've only noticed it on eBay and Amazon, however I suspect it will be everything, seeing as how I "tested" it for just over a month...(and was seriously considering keeping it...)

When I'm next at My parents, which will be Sunday, I'll see if I can "fix" it, can I apply what Arseen suggested to Google and everything else?

Thanks in advance!

Thanks wiggy! (And everyone else who helped!)

Fingers crossed, so far so good!, non of his weird stuff in any of my search histories!

As a bonus I went in and turned off all of his notifications, so he won't be getting as annoyed as before...

Hey guys I'm back again with another "stupid" question, this time windows 10 related, I have googled this but cant find a definitive answer...

So I'm building a sweet PC based arcade machine, at this point it's at least 85% complete, the problem I've run into is that not all the games recognise the P1 controls AS P1, or at all, and sometimes the P2 controls as P1!

Is there any way to force the PC to recognise the P1 controls as P1?

(FYI using two generic SNES style usb controllers)

Had the same issues, you have to start the game for the first time with only player one plugged in.

I think that's all based on the individual emulators, no?

Definitely this.

Regardless of the front end, you’ll need to configure most emulators separately as they all have their own config file.

What front end have you gone for.  I’ve been working on a launch box/big box machine for what seems like an eternity, and don’t think I’m even half way there.

Maybe I should have posted a games list alongside the problem...

Anyway on Tuesday, when I have some time, I'll post the list of games I plan on putting on it, this will most likely expand in the future, but at the moment only 2 require emulators, the rest will be steam/PC...

As for a front-end, I had thought about launch box, but a few of the games use mouse and keyboard, so I'm probably just going to stick with the windows interface

the trick is to use good controllers, not cheap ones...

plugged in x360 controllers and all my issues went away...
