Game Gear support is the biggest plus for me, as I don't have a readily-available solution to play those cartridges on anything BUT the original hardware. I'm very big on using original hardware everywhere I can (until they outright fail and it becomes prohibitively expensive to replace them), but the Game Gear is a butt and I'd prefer to play those games Super Game Boy-style. But I don't know if I could justify buying a brand-new system (plus whatever addon would be needed) just for Game Gear games. |

Actually I'm going to pick up a Retro Freak mostly for Game Gear (and Pc Engine/Turbo Grafx). Sure it's only emulation :-\ So when Analogue releases the adapter for Game Gear I'll probably buy the Sg from them :D |
