I own this game (NA NTSC), and I think I can provide a raw scan sometime in the next few days. If anyone else can beat me to it, please feel free.

Might take me longer than I thought. The scanner I just bought is DOA, and the office scanner at work stopped sending across the network. I won't be able to exchange the faulty scanner any time during this week. :(
Never mind. The scanner has a lock switch on the bottom to keep it from getting knocked out of alignment during shipping. :P
