Felt to me like the GT just took the worst elements of both of its predecessors and tried to combine them. I didn't find it enjoyable at all.

a friend of mine borrowed the first season of GT and returned it within a few days saying "I cant et through this, its just too crappy"

 From what he told me Toriyama had almost no part of the series and it was released to push some new video game sales.

 He told me that he heard the 2nd season was better than the first though.

Jeez Satoshi! I just checked Netflix for that series....50 discs?!?! seriously?! 44 of them have a short wait, 3 of them are available, and 3 have an unknown availability. And wouldn't ya know, disc 1 is one of the unavailable ones.

I have to admit, GT is a guilty pleasure for me. I know I shouldn't enjoy it, but damn it, it so stupid it makes me smile.

There's just something ageless about this theme song. hard to believe it's from 1981. Shows how little anime has changed

I think funimation only has a small handful of voice actors lol seems they use the same ones over and over
