Request:Has anyone done Spartan Total Warrior for Xbox? I can't find it anywhere

I just picked this disc up for $2 and would love to print a cover but can't find it, even in the old forum posts. Has anyone done this before or would be willing to make up a xbox cover for it? (There is a GC cover already)
