Sorry, but the template isn't the problem, it's the part inside the template that's the problem. It's a nice try, but the covers need to be perfectly clear and not blurry in any way. Don't use images you find online, unless they are super smooth and 300dpi or higher. Most people make covers from scans rather than downloaded images. If you just take some time, you can make some really nice covers!

No, you can’t make better quality out of a low res image.   You can improve a bit, but you can’t up the resolution.
