Nice, quick tip if you want to open but save the box, if you carefully unfold the bottom of the box rather than opening the top it saves the box with no rips required!

+1 on opening it with a hammer.  Even though the hammer won't cut through the plastic, the broken case sure would perforate the seal

Stealing your image because I forgot to mention I got one too. The Best Buy near me had two. $9.99, right next to their Insignia controller for $12.99. Haha!

But, TDIRunner, that's what I did too, carefully opened the bottom of the box so I could remove the controller and keep the packaging intact. As far as suggestions, another one is to donate the whole thing (box and controller) to a homeless person. They need help too...

She ordered:

- Little Nightmares Complete Edition
- The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Switch

I ordered:
- Octopath Traveler Compendium Limited
- Snipperclips Plus
- Captain Toad Treasure
- Minecraft: Nintendo Switch Edition (+ Mario Pack)

Also ordered Japanese Bayonetta Climax Edition for Switch.
And for Playstation 4: Lego The Incredibles.
And I also finally gave in and ordered Xbox One X.
And thinking of going to town and buy Playstation 4 Pro.
